Your membership payment comes out on the 1st of each month, so your regular maintenance is already taken care of.
We'll always aim to book your next appointment before you leave, helping you stay organised and keep the times that work best for you.

As an active member you'll receive a 30% Birthday Beauty Gift every year. Your Birthday Gift is valid for 2 months from the date it's issued. You must be an active member when your birthday reward is sent.
Every member receives two complimentary VIP Lash Rescue appointments each calendar year. These appointments are intended for unexpected occasions where a quick lash tidy is needed before an important event. Appointments are approximately 10–15 minutes and are subject to availability. Only for Lash extensions clients
Life happens. Once each calendar year you may rearrange an appointment outside of the normal cancellation policy without losing your monthly treatment credit. After your Grace Pass has been used, the normal cancellation policy applies.
Memberships may be frozen once each calendar year for a maximum of one month. Requests must be made before your next payment date.
