💜 KerryM VIP Maintenance Membership Agreement
Please read before joining
This Membership Agreement forms a legally binding agreement between you ("the Member") and KerryM The Beauty Alchemist ("the Studio").
By signing this agreement you confirm that you have:
✔ Read and understood this Membership Agreement.
✔ Read the Membership Information Page.
✔ Had the opportunity to ask any questions before joining.
✔ Agree to abide by the Membership Terms below.
Choosing the Right Membership
Before joining, please ensure you've selected the correct membership based on how often you normally visit.
If you:
• Usually visit every 4 weeks, for lashes choose the Monthly Membership.
• Usually visit every 2 weeks, for lashes choose the Fortnightly Membership.
• Usually visit every 2 weeks for lashes and have HD Brows monthly, choose the Lash & HD Membership.
• Usually visit every 4 weeks for a Korean Lift/tint, choose Monthly Korean Lift Membership.
If you normally come every 2–3 weeks and aren't certain you'll need 2 infills every month, I recommend choosing the Monthly Membership (1 Infill). Any additional infills can simply be booked and paid for separately as and when you need them.

Membership Terms & Conditions
1. Membership Payments
Membership payments are made by Standing Order and are due on the 1st day of each calendar month.
Please set up your Standing Order using the details provided and ensure your first payment is made on the agreed start date.

It is your responsibility to ensure:
• Your Standing Order remains active.
• Sufficient funds are available each month.
• Your payment reaches my account on the 1st of each month starting from the selected month.
Cancelling your Standing Order does not automatically cancel your Membership Agreement. The cancellation procedure outlined below must still be followed.
2. Cancelling Your Membership
Your membership continues until cancelled.
If you wish to cancel your membership, at least one calendar month's written notice must be given by email or WhatsApp.

Your membership will remain active throughout your notice period and your monthly membership payment(s) will continue to be due during this time.
Cancelling your Standing Order does not cancel your Membership Agreement.
If your Standing Order is cancelled without the required notice, your membership will end immediately, however any outstanding membership payments due during the notice period will remain payable.
KerryM reserves the right to issue an invoice for any outstanding membership payments due during the required notice period.
3. Included Monthly Treatments
Your membership includes the treatments outlined within your chosen membership.
These are referred to as your Included Monthly Treatments.
These treatments:
• Must be used within the calendar month they are allocated.
• Cannot be rolled over into future months.
• Cannot be exchanged for cash.
• Cannot be refunded.
• Cannot be transferred to another person.
Unused treatments expire automatically at the end of each calendar month.
Membership payments remain payable whether or not you choose to use your Included Monthly Treatments.
4. Booking Appointments
Your membership does not automatically book appointments.
Appointments remain subject to availability.
To help you secure your preferred appointment times, Kerry will normally recommend booking your next appointment before you leave your current appointment.
5. Additional Treatments
Any treatments not included within your membership will be charged at the current standard treatment price and are payable on the day of your appointment.
6. Grace Pass
Every member receives one Grace Pass per calendar year.
Your Grace Pass allows you to rearrange one appointment outside of the normal cancellation policy without losing your Included Monthly Treatment.
Once your Grace Pass has been used, the standard cancellation policy applies.
Grace Passes cannot be carried forward into future years.
7. VIP Lash Rescue
Every member receives two VIP Lash Rescue appointments per calendar year.
These appointments:
• Are approximately 10–15 minutes.
• Are intended for unexpected situations such as weddings, holidays or important events.
• Are subject to diary availability.
Unused Lash Rescue appointments expire each calendar year.

8. Birthday Beauty Gift
Active members receive a Birthday Beauty Gift of 30% off one treatment.
Your Birthday Beauty Gift:
• Is only available whilst your membership is active.
• Is valid for two months from the date it is issued.
• Cannot be exchanged for cash.
• Cannot be used alongside any other offer or promotion.
9. Membership Freeze
Memberships may be frozen once per calendar year for a maximum period of one month.
Freeze requests must be made before your next monthly payment is due.
10. Missed Payments
If your Standing Order is cancelled or a monthly payment is missed:
• Your membership will immediately become inactive.
• All membership benefits will be suspended.
• Any appointments attended whilst your membership is inactive will be charged at the standard pay-as-you-go price.
Membership benefits will resume once payment has been received.
11. Membership Changes
From time to time KerryM may review membership pricing or membership benefits.
Should any changes become necessary, Members will receive a minimum of 30 days' written notice before any changes take effect.
12. Cancellation by KerryM
KerryM reserves the right to cancel or terminate any membership due to repeated missed payments, abusive behaviour, repeated breaches of the Membership Agreement or circumstances where the membership is no longer appropriate.
13. Appointment Changes & Cancellation Policy
Normal appointment terms continue to apply to all membership appointments.
• A minimum of 24 hours' notice is required if you need to cancel or rearrange your appointment.
• If you provide at least 24 hours' notice, your Included Monthly Treatment may be rebooked within the same calendar month, subject to availability.
• If less than 24 hours' notice is given, your Included Monthly Treatment will be considered used and cannot be rebooked.
• If you fail to attend your appointment without notice (a no-show), your Included Monthly Treatment will be forfeited.
• Your Grace Pass may be used once per calendar year to waive the above policy.
After your Grace Pass has been used, the standard cancellation policy will apply for the remainder of your membership year.

Where this Membership Agreement differs from the standard Terms & Conditions, this Membership Agreement will take precedence for membership-related matters.
