I had my first actual appointment with Kerry for an Brow Shape. I had already met Kerry for a free consultation and found her just lovely but maybe more importantly very professional. Kerry really understood my need to go slowly slowly as my eyebrows are still recovering from a disastrous brow shape about six weeks ago. I have already made my next appointment and would definitely recommend Kerry to family and friends and just anyone else really who has been searching for someone who listens and that you can trust to look after your brows.

I booked with Kerry having found her on google and she was amazing from the outset. I booked in for an eyebrow wax and tint and full set of volume lashes ready for my holiday. She explained perfectly what she was doing and explained to me that she wouldn’t put longer lashes on me than my natural lashes could take as thats what causes the damage. I can honestly say that my natural lashes have never actually grown as a result of lash extensions. They lasted well and when they all fell out I was left with a thick set of natural lashes not a sparse 1 or 2! Ive defiantly found my lash lady now and wont be booking anywhere else. To top it off shes lovely and made me feel very comfortable.

Excellent service! The space is welcoming and spotless. Kerry is a true expert and her manner is super friendly and informative. Extra points for the very comfortable couch/beauty bed and knee cusion! I left with a beautiful set of eyelashes, and very relaxed too!

I’ve been to so many brow bars to get mine done but Kerry Has been THE BEST by far! The shop has a lovely comfy feel to it and her welcome was like I hadn’t seen a really good friend for ages 😍 we discussed what I wanted and found the perfect shape for me and it was quick and painless! (I’m a massive wimp when it comes to waxing!) I’ve already booked my next appointment with her - will deffo be using her from now on!! ♥️ EDIT: I have recently had Russian Lash Extensions by Kerry and they’re AMAZING! Everyone is complementing them and saying they suit me - I might develop an addiction to them! 🙈 Kerry made sure they were perfect and gave a lovely care package afterward 😍 deffo going to have them again!

I would highly recommend Kerry. I've been to a few lash technicians but this was by far my best experience. I was made to feel comfortable and welcome from the moment I arrived. Before beginning Kerry talked me through everything and gave me lots of information including aftercare which I found helpful. Extremely good experience. Lashes looked full and natural, and two weeks in after being away on holiday (sun, pool, makeup etc!!) they're still looking just as good with very little fallout. Kerry is very knowledgeable, professional and skilled. I felt very comfortable when I first met her. She is genuinely a lovely person who effortlessly succeeds in putting you at ease very quickly by just being herself. My lashes look great and whilst they may be on the pricier side, you get what you pay for and it's certainly worth it.

I went to Kerry yesterday for the first time for an eyebrow wax and I will not be going anywhere else from now on! She is brilliant! She sat me down and showed me what she would do and explained why and now, I finally have matching/even brows!!! Even got great aftercare advice. Definitely not your average brow wax! So so friendly and helpful. My only disappointment is that I didn’t find her years ago! She is absolute gold ❤️
