How to Book Your Appointment

Booking your dream lash set is simple! Just follow these steps:

1️⃣ Click the ‘Book Now’ button in the menu, which will take you to my booking page.
2️⃣ Select ‘Full Set Service’ and choose your preferred date and time.
3️⃣ Read my Terms & Conditions and pay your non-refundable booking fee. This secures your appointment and is deducted from your final bill at the time of your appointment.
4️⃣ The remaining balance is to be paid via Cash or Bank Transfer on the day of your lash experience.

Once booked, you’ll receive a confirmation email with all the important details you need!

What Happens After You Book?

What to Do Before Your Appointment

Follow these simple steps to ensure your lashes are perfect from day one:

✅ Arrive with clean, makeup-free lashes. Any residue (mascara, eyeliner, oil) will affect how well your extensions adhere.

✅ Plan your hair wash! You won’t be able to get your lashes wet for 48 hours after your appointment, so wash your hair the night before or the morning of your appointment.

✅ If you wear contact lenses, bring your glasses! Lenses need to be removed before the treatment and should be avoided for 24 hours after your lash application.

✅ If you’ve had a reaction to lash extensions in the past, let me know immediately! Your safety is my top priority, and we’ll discuss your options.

✨ Most importantly—come ready to relax! This is YOUR time to switch off, unwind, and leave feeling like your most beautiful, empowered self.

The short answer? No, I don’t infill other lash techs’ work.

Here’s why:
✨ I take pride in perfection. Every set I create is 100% custom, and I need to ensure the quality, health, and retention of your lashes from start to finish.
✨ Not all lashes are the same. Lash techs use different products, glues, and techniques. Trying to match another artist’s work is impossible—and let’s be real, it wouldn’t meet my high standards!
✨ My lashes are unique. I use finer, high-quality lashes that are carefully selected to protect your natural lashes while giving you the most stunning, long-lasting results.

🚨 Please note: If you arrive with lashes from another tech and haven’t booked a Removal & Full Set, you will be turned away, and your booking fee will be forfeited. This is due to the time lost and opened, single-use products that can’t be reused.

Lash infills are all about keeping your extensions looking flawless while maintaining the health of your natural lashes. Think of them like a maintenance session—a little refresh to keep your lashes looking full, balanced, and beautiful.

🌿 Why Do Lashes Need Infills?

Your natural lashes shed daily—yes, that’s completely normal! Here’s what happens:

✨ Your lashes naturally fall out as part of their growth cycle. Every lash goes through different phases, and when one falls, a baby lash takes its place. By the time you return for your infill, those baby lashes are usually long enough and strong enough to hold a new extension.

✨ Shedding isn’t even on both eyes. Fun fact: One eye usually sheds more than the other for weeks or even months before switching. This is totally normal!

✨ Overgrown lashes need replacing. Sometimes, your extensions hang on for dear life (yes, I see you, little lash warriors 😂), but as your natural lash grows, the extension moves with it. This can cause them to twist, tangle, or put stress on your natural lash. That’s why, during an infill, I remove those grown-out lashes and replace them with fresh, perfectly placed ones at the base of your lash line.

📌 What If You’re Just Getting Lashes for a Holiday or Event?

If you’re only having lashes for a special occasion or a holiday, you don’t need to come back for infills. You can:
✔️ Let them shed naturally—just be mindful when brushing them to prevent tangling.
✔️ Book a professional removal if you want a clean, fresh start without waiting for them to fall out.

✨ Regular infills keep your lashes looking their best and prevent damage from overgrown extensions. If you love having beautiful, effortless lashes, infills are a must!

I know we’ve all heard the horror stories—clients losing their lashes, gaps that never grow back, and lashes that end up weak and brittle. But here’s the truth:

If your lashes are done correctly, they will NOT cause any damage.

I have clients who have been with me for over 12 to 14 years, and their natural lashes are still healthy, strong, and full. The key? Proper technique, expert knowledge, and absolute care for lash health.

What Causes Lash Damage?

The biggest causes of lash damage come from poor application, incorrect weight, and lack of isolation. Here’s what can go wrong if your lashes aren’t done properly:

❌ Incorrect Isolation

Every single one of your natural lashes needs to be individually isolated before an extension is applied. What I’ve sadly seen too often is poor isolation, where multiple natural lashes are stuck together with one fake lash attached to them.

🚨 Why is this a problem?

• Your natural lashes grow at different speeds. When one lash starts to grow but is stuck to another, it creates tension, discomfort, and can even cause lashes to snap.
• Brushing your lashes when they’re stuck together tugs on them, pulling out lashes that weren’t ready to shed—leading to potential permanent gaps where they won’t grow back.

Too Much Weight (Overloaded Lashes)

This is especially a problem with Volume and Mega Volume Lashes. Some lash artists apply 10, 20, or even 30+ extensions in one fan and attach them to a single natural lash.

🚨 Why is this a problem?

• Most people’s natural lashes cannot handle that weight, causing them to weaken, bend, or break over time.
• Too much weight on one lash stresses the follicle, potentially leading to long-term thinning and sparse lashes.

A good lash artist will assess your natural lash strength and choose the right weight and volume for YOU—not just stick on the biggest fans because they look “fluffy.

Excessive Lash Length

If your natural lash is 4mm long, and someone applies a 15mm extension, it’s going to snap, break, or pull out the natural lash completely.

🚨 Why is this a problem?

• Extensions that are too long create strain and bend unnaturally.
• They look ridiculous—no one wants spider-leg lashes!

This is why I always do a lash assessment before applying extensions to ensure perfect balance, length, and weight for YOUR natural lashes.

The Truth: When Done Correctly, Lash Extensions DO NOT Damage Your Natural Lashes!

A true professional will:
✔️ Properly isolate every single lash to prevent them from sticking together.
✔️ Use the correct weight and length that your natural lashes can comfortably support.
✔️ Assess your lashes before application to ensure a safe, customized look that won’t cause long-term damage.

I know you probably want me to say “3 weeks” or “a month,” but that wouldn’t be fair—because lash retention is different for everyone..

Why Do Some Lashes Last Longer Than Others?

💖 Your Natural Shedding Cycle – Every person sheds at their own pace. Some people lose 2 lashes a day, while others can lose 7 or more. That’s completely normal! Your lashes, just like the hair on your head, go through growth phases.

💖 Hormones & External Factors – In my 16 years of lashing, I’ve seen that stress, anxiety, pregnancy, hormones, weather changes, and even worry can all impact lash retention. Your body responds to what’s happening in your life, and sometimes that means your natural lashes shed more than usual.

💖 How Many Natural Lashes You Have – If you’re blessed with hundreds of natural lashes per eye, you’ll naturally hold onto your extensions longer because when a few shed, there are plenty left. But if you have fewer natural lashes (e.g., 50 per eye), you’ll notice the gaps more quickly.

💖 The Style of Lashes You Choose –

• Classic Lashes – If you have 50 natural lashes per eye, you’ll get 50 extensions applied—so as each natural lash sheds, you may notice them sooner.
• Volume Lashes – These are great for filling in sparse lashes because multiple lightweight extensions are applied to each lash, meaning your set will still look fuller even as shedding occurs.

The Truth About Lash Retention

✨ Your lash set is only as strong as your natural lashes—extensions can’t stop natural shedding!
✨ Some people naturally hold onto lashes longer, while others shed more frequently—this isn’t something we can control.
✨ Your aftercare routine will also play a huge role—oil, makeup, and improper cleaning can affect retention.

So… How Long Will They Last for YOU?

✅ Most clients book infills every 2-3 weeks to keep their set looking full and fresh.
✅ If you naturally shed faster or have fewer natural lashes, you may need more frequent infills.
✅ If you have a slower shedding cycle or a high lash count, you may go longer between fills.

✨ The bottom line? Lash retention is personal. What I can promise is that I will create the best possible set for YOUR natural lashes and ensure they are applied in a way that maximizes your lash health and longevity.

This is a hot topic, and after 16 years of lashing, I’ve seen a lot when it comes to allergic reactions.

The Truth About Patch Testing

Let me share something interesting…

💡 In all my years as a lash artist, I’ve had only 2 clients react immediately after a patch test.
💡 However, I’ve also had 6 clients develop an allergic reaction 7 months later—even after passing their patch test with no issues.

So, what’s happening here?

When lash extensions are applied, tiny particles from the glue settle on the skin, and the body begins to assess whether it likes them or not. In my experience, the 6-7 month mark is when the body makes its final decision—which is why some people develop allergies months later.

This means that a patch test is not a guarantee that you won’t react in the future—but it can detect immediate sensitivities, which is why it’s still required.

Why a Patch Test is Mandatory

✅ Your safety comes first – While patch tests aren’t foolproof for long-term allergies, they can detect immediate sensitivities and help reduce risk.
✅ It’s required by insurance – Without a recorded patch test, my insurance is void, which protects both you and me in case of a reaction.
✅ It’s a quick, simple process – It only takes a few minutes, and while I know it can be inconvenient, your health is far more important.

What If You React to the Patch Test or Lash Glue?

Sadly, if you develop an allergy to lash glue, there is nothing we can do to stop it from happening. Unlike other sensitivities, once your body decides it doesn’t like the glue, it will continue to react.

💔 I know this can be disappointing, but if you have an allergy, lash extensions are no longer an option for you. It’s strongly advised to stay away from lash treatments to avoid severe reactions.

Until there are advancements in lash glue technology, there is no product available that will prevent allergic responses once they’ve developed.

Essential Lash Aftercare – What You Need to Know!

🚫 Avoid Water for 48 Hours!
For the first 48 hours, keep your lashes dry to prevent retention issues. This means:
🚿 No showers/baths 
🏊 No swimming, saunas, facials, or sunbeds
💦 No sweating or steam exposure

⚠️ Why? If lashes get wet too soon:
1️⃣ The glue can shock cure, making it brittle and causing your lashes to fall out prematurely.
2️⃣ Your lashes can stick together, which is painful—and will require a full removal and reapplication at your expense!

Brush Your Lashes Daily!

Morning brushing is a must, and always brush them when they get wet. Use your lash wand to gently sweep on top of your lashes to keep them neat and fluffy.

Wash Your Lashes 3x a Week!

Keeping your lashes clean is essential—buildup of oil, dust, and makeup can cause retention issues and irritation.

💦 How to wash your lashes:
1. Get your lashes wet.
2. Pump 2 pumps of the lash shampoo on to your eye lid.
3. Use the shampoo brush and move around in circle motions, get really in the lash line. 
4. Use your mascara wand and brush from the based a few times.
5. Repeat a couple of times on both eyes.

✨ How to Dry Them:
Use a small towel, press gently.
Let them air dry, then brush them again.

Things You Should NEVER Do with Lash Extensions!

❌ NO Mascara (You can use oil-free mascara on your bottom lashes only.)
❌ NO Curling, Lifting, or Perming your extensions!
❌ NO Tinting your extensions.
❌ NO Hair Dryers on your lashes.
❌ NO Rubbing, Twisting, or Plucking! (This damages your natural lashes, and your hands have natural oils.)

🔥 Be mindful of heat exposure!

• Steam, saunas, steam from cooking, ovens, and jacuzzis can loosen the glue and cause discomfort if lashes stick together.
• Volume lashes? Heat can relax the curl and leave you with straight, funky-looking lashes! If this happens, I’ll need to redo them for you.

💖 You CAN:
✔️ Use a sunbed—but only after 48 hours.
✔️ Have facials—but be mindful of the products used around your eyes.
✔️ Get spray tans—but check for oil-based formulas!

Watch Out for Lint – It LOVES Your Lashes!

🚨 Avoid these products near your lashes:
❌ Baby wipes or cleansing wipes
❌ Cotton pads
❌ Tissue paper

Lint wraps around your lashes and is impossible to remove without causing damage!
